Issuance of Tax Credit Certificate

501 (c) 3 approved. Once Sheltering Minnesota Inc. receives the funds; the tax credit certificate will be issued within 30 days. Contributions are irrevocable. Sheltering Minnesota Inc may, at its sole discretion, decline to issue a tax credit certificate and return any contribution. Sheltering Minnesota Inc cannot provide tax advice and recommends consulting with a tax professional.
